Shipping

  Firstly, we would like to thank you for purchasing engineering materials/office materials/building materials from yazhitraders.com. Following are the terms and conditions with regards to our shipping policy.

  Shipment process & Delivery time:

• At yazhitraders.com, we work really hard to deliver your materials before the estimated delivery time once the order is placed.
• All orders are processed & delivered within 1 – 6 business days. (Delivery time depends on the many factors like product type, manufacturer capability, distance between the delivery location and manufacturing/ storage unit, traffic restrictions if any imposed by the local/ State government and other unseen events like bandh/ processions/ road repairs etc).
• Ordered materials will be dispatched only after the payment/ payment method is verified and authorized.
• One day delivery (24 Hrs) will be only possible, if the order is placed before 2.p.m. and only for selected products/materials. We recommend you to add 4 – 6 hours of buffer time for order processing.
• Some products/ materials cannot be shipped/ order can be cancelled to particular destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. In such cases, we will update you before/ after the order placement.
• Any changes in the delivery time from the customer end has to be informed to us before the dispatch of the vehicle.
• If delivery splitting is required (For example: When you order 100 bags of cement and require only 50 bags for day 1 and require the remaining 50 bags to be sent on day 2 for the same site), then it must be informed to us in prior while placing the order.
• If we anticipate a delay in the delivery time, you will be informed beforehand.

  Shipping requirements:

• We ensure to deliver on-time once you provide us accurate delivery location with street name, cross & main road, area name, pin code & any nearby landmark for easy identification.
• We recommend you to have the storage space cleared for easy unloading of the materials. Unloading will be done only to ground floor & 15 feet from the delivery vehicle. In case of additional labor requirement for material unloading, the recurring labor cost will be paid from customer end.

  Shipping rates:

• The shipping rates depend on the delivery location and will be informed to you while placing an order.
• Any additional shipping cost which was not mentioned during order placement, will have to be paid by the customer.

  Shipping options:

• Shipping options vary on the product type and product quantity. Any product samples will be delivered to your given location by our delivery executive or  will be couriered to you.

Returns

  Firstly, we would like to thank you for making a purchase from yazhitraders.com. We really strive hard to procure you superior quality building materials, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we’re here to help you.

  What materials can be returned?

  All materials can't be returned.Please confirm before despatch .

  When can be it returned?

• Returns can only be accepted before unloading of the materials at the site. (Thus we recommend checking the quality or quantity materials before unloading)
• If the material varies/ do not match with ordered item specifications.
• Any packaged materials are tampered.
• If any materials that does not meet the quality affirmed/declared by the manufacturer.

  In what conditions can the materials be returned?

• Before unloading of the materials (Stands true for all materials/ product type). Once the material is unloaded, the material cannot be returned/ exchanged.
• Packaged materials can be returned only when the seal/ bag/ package is not tampered/ opened/ used.

  Can the ordered materials be exchanged?

• Any ordered material which is in-transit to the delivery location cannot be exchanged. However, if the material does not match the ordered item specifications, then exchange can be initiated before material unloading.
• Order exchange can take anywhere within 3 – 6 days to be delivered.
• If the customer requests to change the order (with respect to brand, quantity, any other specification), such order exchange can be initiated within 4 – 6 hrs of order placement only and not after order dispatch.

  Can the ordered items be cancelled?

• Ordered material can be cancelled only if it satisfies the above stated conditions.
• Cancellation is possible only if the ordered material is not dispatched from the manufacturer/ vendor unit.
• Ordered materials cannot be cancelled if the material is already in-transit/ after reaching the delivery location.

  Refund for the returned order:

  If the order is cancelled/ returned with respect to the above given statements and the manufacturer/ vendor fails to procure a replacement for that order, then the customer is liable to get a full refund of the amount paid.

  Shipping cost of returned items:

• If the order is returned with regard to above stated reasons then the shipping charges will be borne by the vendor/ manufacturer only.
• Once the order is in in-transit/ reached the delivery location and then the order is been returned/ cancelled by the customer without any genuine reason (which is not mentioned in the above statement), the shipping charges will be levied upon the customer.

Payment

  At yazhitraders.com, we ensure that all the transactions with a customer should be transparent and hassle free.

  For every purchase that you make from us, we will provide an order invoice which contains the details of the product purchased, quantity, tax rate, any extra charges. The invoice will be sent to you by the time of order delivery.

  The customer can make payment through any of the following means: Cash on delivery, Net banking, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Razorpay* and Cheque (Only after bank realization)

  *Additional gateway charges applicable for online payment
